Returns and Refund Policy

Returns will only be possible if they meet one of the below conditions:
1. The item(s) you ordered differs from the item delivered to you.
2. The item delivered to you is defective or damaged.
3. The item delivered to you does not fit due to incorrect sizing.

In the above cases, we will ship you a replacement once the details of the case are verified by us and abide by the terms and conditions of returns. Please take pictures of the product/ its packaging in all cases to help the returns process.

Please note the below terms under which replacement will not be possible:
1. The product has been used or tried out by you.
2. Any products taken out for a ride is considered used and not eligible for return. We encourage you to try the gear indoors for size/fit.
3. The product shows signs of wear and tear, usage, and is not in the condition that it was delivered to you.
4. Any product whose packaging has been destroyed will not be returnable.
5. All products to be returned in their original packaging including all manuals/cards dispatched originally.
6. If any products are missing any tags/packaging elements/hangers/covers/manuals/cards will not be returnable. If any of these are missing and your item is eligible for return, you will be reimbursed 75% of the invoice value.

Terms & Conditions for Returns:
1. Please ensure you contact the store within 7 days to initiate the returns process.
2. Once you initiate the process we will take 2 working days to process your return.
3. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returning the product to our store.
4. If you are unsure about sizing or the right product for you at the time of ordering, please reach out to us at or CALL/Whatsapp us at 7760049191 so that we can guide you in your decision.
5. Once your return is processed, you will be reimbursed with store credit for any future purchases with us.

6. Important : If the replacement needed is not currently in stock, the customer would be informed of an approximate timeline for restock and would need to either wait for restock OR can choose a different product of equal value OR have the amount saved as store credit for future purchases.

Return Shipping Details:
1. Please ship your returns through a reputable courier firm which includes package tracking and insurance for the return shipment.
2. All return shipments must be prepaid, all COD packages will be rejected.
3. We would be sharing the second time shipping charge 50%-50% with the customer. So customer only needs to pay half the second time shipping amount. Once inspected and second time shipping charge is paid, we will dispatch the exchanged item back to the customer.

1. Each company/manufacturer has their own warranty terms and conditions, we will assist our customers with the appropriate company phone number and/or email address to contact to resolve any warranty cases. 
2. Please preserve/have a record of the PO number or batch number of the product, brands may ask for this while trying to claim warranty.
3. Please preserve/have a record of the purchase invoice. If you need an extra copy, please reach out to us and we'll reshare it.
4. The brands we stock stock have fair and reasonable warranty terms, in line with industry norms for their products. Please be advised, we however do not have control on the outcome of warranty claims. 

Order cancellations:
1. Orders once placed can only be cancelled until the items are shipped from our warehouse, after which cancellations will not be possible.
2. Bank processing charges for the cancelled order will be borne by the customer in case of order cancellation.

We DO NOT offer refunds. You will be offered a product exchange or store credit based on the circumstances of the case.
